Scope and controller
This policy covers the public websites rutadeliberico.es and asadorrutadeliberico.es during migration, together with our own menus on the main domain. Homepage
The homepage, Stories and legal pages do not set advertising cookies or use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Photos, videos and fonts are served from our hosting. External links open the relevant platform only when you select them.
Our menus
The menu portal and our own menus save language preferences in browser local storage: ruta-portal-language, ruta-wine-language, ruta-bebidas-language and ruta-comidas-lang. The food menu also remembers the light or dark theme using ruta-comidas-theme. These preferences are used to display our menus, with no advertising or cross-site tracking. They remain until you clear site data. Selections shown to the waiter do not place orders.
Technical cookie on the former domain
The WordPress website on asadorrutadeliberico.es uses cookieyes-consent, a first-party cookie managed through the CookieYes plugin, to store and respect your cookie choice. It lasts for 365 days. It is necessary for preference management and is not used for advertising or audience measurement.
WordPress technical storage
wpEmojiSettingsSupports is stored in sessionStorage on asadorrutadeliberico.es to check browser support for emojis. This is WordPress technical storage, not a cookie, and ends when the tab session closes.
Changing your choice on the former website
Open https://asadorrutadeliberico.es/preferencias-cookies/ and select “Cookies · ES/EN” in the bottom left corner to save or change your choice. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the panel because they store that choice. Clearing asadorrutadeliberico.es browser data also clears its saved preference. rutadeliberico.es cannot delete data belonging to the former domain.
Order attribution disabled
WooCommerce order attribution on the former website has been disabled since 12 October 2026. It used sbjs_current, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_migrations, sbjs_session and sbjs_udata to associate visits with channels and campaigns; they are not required to read restaurant information. Cookies left by an earlier visit can be removed by clearing asadorrutadeliberico.es site data. Their configured lifetime was one session, except sbjs_session, which lasted 30 minutes.
External resources on the former website
The former WordPress website requests some fonts from Google Fonts. Delivering them sends technical information such as IP and browser details; this differs from the consent cookie and the disabled attribution feature. Our privacy notice describes providers and safeguards, and Google’s information is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Measurement and external services
Our button measurement neither reads nor writes browser storage and assigns no identifiers. External booking, messaging, map and menu services provide their own cookie notices when you visit them. Private administration and internal applications may use authentication sessions and are outside the public journey described here.
Clearing preferences
In your browser, open Settings → Privacy → Site data and find rutadeliberico.es to clear its data. You can also use a private window. If storage is blocked, the menus still work, but you may need to select your language again.
Future tools
Before introducing cookies or technologies requiring consent, we will provide a way to accept, reject and change your choice. Continuing to browse does not amount to consent to advertising.
