Scope and controller
This notice covers the public websites rutadeliberico.es and asadorrutadeliberico.es during and after their migration, together with Stories, Christmas pages and our own menus on the main domain. Website delivery and security
Our hosting service processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as your IP address, access date, requested path and browser information. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. The main website, rutadeliberico.es, does not build advertising profiles or make automated decisions about visitors.
Former website and retained enquiries
While asadorrutadeliberico.es remains accessible, its WordPress processes technical requests and may retain enquiries or booking requests previously received through its forms. We use that information to handle the request and follow-up, retaining it only for the needs and obligations described under retention. It is not automatically added to advertising lists or published on the new website. The former website loads language, cookie-management and WooCommerce tools that differ from the main domain’s aggregate counter; its cookie information and choices are described at https://rutadeliberico.es/en/politica-de-cookies/. The new website’s policy does not mean that the former WordPress website has no cookies.
External resources on the former domain
Some pages on the former WordPress website request fonts from Google Fonts. Delivering those resources sends Google a technical request, including an IP address and browser information. This differs from selecting an external link on the new website, whose own resources are served from our hosting. Google’s privacy notice is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Button statistics
When our own measurement is enabled, clicks on booking, calling, WhatsApp and menu links are counted by day and language. The counter stores no IP addresses, names, phone numbers, visitor identifiers or individual browsing histories and sets no cookies. The server necessarily receives technical request information; its security logs are separate from the counter. A click does not establish that a booking, call or purchase was completed.
Contact and bookings
If you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, manage your booking. This is based on your request and steps needed before or during provision of the service; legal obligations apply where relevant. No personal information is required to read the website, but we need the necessary information to handle an enquiry or booking.
External platforms
DISH receives the information you enter on its booking platform. WhatsApp and Google Maps links open their services; they are not embedded as homepage widgets. Our food, wine, drinks and breakfast menus are hosted on our own domain, rutadeliberico.es. These platforms provide their own privacy information and terms. Please do not share detailed health information in public channels; discuss your visit requirements directly with our team.
Service providers and disclosures
Hostinger provides hosting and technical services for rutadeliberico.es. Inicianet manages the former domain’s service; we do not describe it as hosted by Hostinger or claim an unverified physical server location. Our professional email uses Google Workspace. We also use the restaurant’s usual Gmail mailbox to handle correspondence and it may retain a copy of messages; each service has its own terms. Providers may process information on our behalf under their service and data processing agreements. Where their operations involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards in their contracts apply, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where appropriate. You can request information about the applicable safeguards using our contact details. Information is otherwise disclosed only as needed to handle your request or meet a legal obligation.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as needed to answer them and manage follow-up; afterwards, only where retention is legally required or necessary to address liabilities, with restricted access. Service and billing documents are retained for the applicable legal periods. Technical logs are retained as needed for hosting security and operation; we do not claim an unverified fixed retention period. Our aggregate counters keep no more than the last 400 days. Technical backups rotate according to the hosting service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing direccion@rutadeliberico.es or writing to our postal address. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We request identity evidence only when necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
Marketing and updates
The current homepage has no newsletter subscription form and does not subscribe you to advertising when you visit or book. If we add new processing or tools, we will update this information and request consent where required.
